Information we collect

When you submit a form on this site, we collect the information you provide: typically your name, email address, phone number (optional), your timeline, and details about your relocation (such as your New Jersey town or the South Carolina areas you’re considering). We also collect standard analytics data — pages visited, device type, and approximate location — through the services listed below.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, provide real estate services, send you relevant market information, and improve this website. Calls, emails, and text messages are sent by North South Ventures LLC for real estate services. If you provide a phone number, we may call or text you about your inquiry. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or HELP for assistance.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or any personal information, including SMS opt-in data and consent, with third parties or affiliates for their promotional or marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Service providers

We use a small number of service providers to operate this site and our business: a customer relationship management platform (Follow Up Boss) to manage inquiries; the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, and where enabled Google Analytics, for site analytics and advertising measurement; form delivery services; and website hosting (Vercel). Our CRM, form delivery, and hosting providers process data solely on our behalf to deliver services to you — not for their own marketing. Advertising and analytics partners such as Meta may also use the information they receive as described under Cookies, advertising, and analytics below.

Cookies, advertising, and analytics

This site uses the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, and where enabled Google Analytics. Third parties, including Meta, may use cookies, web beacons, and other storage technologies to collect or receive information from this website and elsewhere on the internet, and use that information to provide measurement services and target ads. That includes the pages you view and actions you take here, such as tapping to call, text, or email, or starting and submitting a form.

When you submit a form, your name and email address are converted into one-way hashed codes before they are shared with Meta for ad measurement. Your phone number is never shared with Meta.

You can opt out of the collection and use of this information for ad targeting through the Digital Advertising Alliance at aboutads.info/choices, in your Meta ad preferences, and in your Google ad settings. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Data retention and your rights

We retain inquiry information for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at antoniogreco@kw.com or (201) 655-4486.

SMS terms & conditions

1. We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP”. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at antoniogreco@kw.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
