I got licensed in 2020 after dropping out of college — two weeks in, I knew the lecture hall wasn't where I'd learn what I wanted to learn. Real estate was. Since then it's been 25+ transactions and $11.5M in closed volume, with Best of Zillow recognition every year I've been in the business.

I run my practice the way I run my own investments: pricing built from real comps, presentation that earns the number, marketing aimed at the actual buyer — and a straight answer even when it's not the one you were hoping for. A lot of my listing work is relaunching homes that sat unsold the first time, which keeps the whole system honest.
Why three states
My clients' lives cross state lines, so my licenses do too. Bergen County families cross-shop Rockland County; New Jersey retirees and investors head down the corridor to the Grand Strand, where I own and operate a short-term rental myself. One agent running both ends of a move — the sale, the purchase, the sequencing between them — is the difference between a coordinated relocation and a referral handoff.
